Bath tub shower surround renovation

Hello Jayco-ers. I'm not sure if I came across it on YouTube or in a forum but there are people claiming to paint the bathtub and shower surround with Rust-Oleum Marine topside paint. I was wondering if anyone has tried it or has any other recommendation on how you did yours. The can says for metal and fiberglass.. Is our tub and surround fiberglass or plastic? 2015 Jay flight tt.

I painted my interior walls white. Really updated and made bright and clean feeling. I did not do the bathroom walls yet because the tub and surround are so yellow they would have stood out really bad. Almost blends with the tan walls. I want to finish painting the walls but didn't want to have to replace this tub and surround. This sounds like a good option I'm just wondering how it will hold up? And are they fiberglass or plastic? Thanks guys
