That year and model camper do you have?

It might be easier, to make up a wand the connects to the shower faucet. I believe the shower faucet is a standard 1/2" npt fitting.

If I feel the need to flush the black tank, I rapidly dump a 5 gallon bucket of water down the toilet. The fast inflow of water does a good job.

What Jagiven said. It can be removed by just unscrewing it, but then you would still have to adapt it to a non std. thread. Best to use the shower hose IMO.

Also, consider as an option that Dometic makes an RV replacement toilet that has an integrated shower wand built in, with a coiled hose and trigger that hangs low on the wall behind the toilet. That might work for you as an option.

In many bathroom faucets, the aerator is designed to be removable for cleaning or replacement. To remove the aerator, you can try the following steps:

Turn off the water supply to the faucet.
Locate the aerator on the end of the faucet where the water comes out. The aerator may be a separate piece that screws onto the end of the faucet or it may be built into the faucet.
If the aerator is a separate piece, use a pair of pliers or a wrench to grip the aerator and turn it counterclockwise to unscrew it from the faucet. If the aerator is built into the faucet, you may need a special aerator removal tool to remove it.
Once the aerator is removed, you can attach the wand to the end of the faucet using an adapter or hose that is designed for this purpose.
If you are having difficulty removing the aerator or if it is not designed to be removed, you may want to consult the manufacturer of your faucet or a professional plumber for assistance. They may be able to provide guidance on how to remove the aerator or recommend alternative solutions for attaching the wand to the faucet.

For maximum effect you can go "old school" and just run a outside hose from the cg supply. That high pressure can make a big difference in flushing the tank.
It's more trouble but I only do mine once or twice a year.
