Battery drain while plugged in

Hello All. I'm at a campground plugged in to 30 amps but my batteries keep draining. The drain increases as I turn on more devices. The AC devices are working so I'm not sure what's happening. I have a jayco 166 FBS travel trailer.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks, John.

quick item to check is to see if fuze/breaker is on in the 120 volt to 12 volt conversion cycle. Across the battery there should be 14 volts of so. Somehow it is not getting there. Could be broken part in converter or bad wiring. But check the breaker first and also make sure if you are getting 110 volts to outlets. Could be the power post is turn off, breaker thrown, bad wiring at the pole, Move to a different plug in if that one is bad. Or could be your power wire. Start with breakers inside and on the pole, low hanging fruit.
