battery impact of charge/discharge

I have solar on my trailer. Even when camping and normal use overnight, the batteries are generally recharged by late morning.

In between trips, was thinking I might leave the Vortex fan on all the time with a window cracked to keep from heat buildup in these 95* days.

Will that night discharge and daily recharge have any ill effects on the batteries as opposed to the "trickle" it would be without the fan on? I have two 6 volts.

It would work best if you have 6 volt batteries.
