On the subject of battery tenders. I have two, a Battery Tender Junior who at full charge puts out 13.3 volts and a knock-off Harbor Freight that runs 14.3 volts. Both measured on fully charged batteries.

So which one is right? I switched batteries and the relevant voltages stayed the same.

To maintain a fully charged battery 13.3 seems right, but 14.3 seems too high, but I'm not a 12v guru.
