We just bought a 10 X 10 popup shelter at Ollie's for $69. The wrap around screen enclosure for it was another $49. All in all, not a bad price. You could put it anywhere you want it. The screen room slits are velcro, and not zippers, which is a plus to me.

We bought a Quest 12' x 12' last year, replacing our Coleman 10 x 10 (it was too small).
The Quest is lightweight and easy setup. Plenty of room now.

There are two types of legs on these screen rooms. Diagonal and straight. Get a straight one as the size is consistent from top to bottom and you can get it closer to your trailer.

We bought the Gazelle by Clam Corporation. So far so good. best part is, no poles to lose. It's a one-piece shelter and I'm diggin' that.

Clam! Sets up in less than a minute, well made and fits easily in the bag that is included.
