Bi-annual full timer "to-do" list

Good day all, hoping this finds everyone in good health! Aside from browsing the owners manual for something (2018 Seismic 4212), has anyone perhaps come up with a checklist of sorts, that they run through every 6 months or so. A little background...started full-timing in February, now located in Eastern North Carolina (started in SoCal). Real hot, humid, and rainy here. At a full hook up site, full time.

In my mind, I should be getting on the roof more to inspect something, but I haven't noticed any leaks (yet, knock on wood). My air conditioners run most of the day while I'm at work, is there some sort of maintenance schedule for those? Or something I should be paying attention to/listening for? Does anyone have an alternative to a full-on wash wax every 6-12 months? The RV park I full time at, does not allow washing....other stuff...exercise the generator? Grease anything (since I'm not moving anywhere)?...all advice and lessons learned is greatly appreciated!

Every once in a while check the fridge drain hose to make sure it’s still dripping. Big mess if that clogs up!

We also full time. I would recommend checking tire pressures often even when staying in one place for a while.
