BIG shout out to Ted's RV Land

Wow! If you want good customer service, consider buying your next Jayco from Ted's RV Land in Paynesville, MN. Last week I drove 15 hours from Colorado to Minnesota to pick up our Eagle 25RUC 5th wheel, and I was greeted with the best service I've received in quite a while. Initially I chose this dealership for the very competitive pricing, but the more I communicated over the phone with them the more I realized that this dealer was different. They made me feel at ease about making this long-distance deal. Then, once I arrived at the dealership and began the walk-through, I could tell that this great customer service is the norm at Ted's RV Land. I just wish they were closer so we could bring our Jayco back when it needs service.

Always nice to see someone take the time to recognize a positive experience with any business. I’m sure TED’S RV will appreciate your comments and appreciation for their good service. Too often people come to the internet to rant about a negative experience. More people should take the time writing about their good experiences. I’m a business owner and really do appreciate the time you took to write about TED’S.
