Black tank wash

I have it. I used it last trip can someone tell me what's in the tank doing the washing. Is it just a fill or is there some sort of sprayer in the tank?

I believe it's a little rotating spray head that is suppose to rinse all around.
I just used mine this weekend and it seemed to work.

Thanks nuts. So if there I something in there, I'm curious if it's like a dishwasher spin thing or just a fan spray.

More like a spray nozzle in the high end. Better than nothing. You can look at them online. Very simple product.
