I do both as well. Doubles the chance of there not being enough water to crack a concealed pipe during our Canadian winters.

I'd love to see this poll done by region.
Here in the frosty North where we regularly have longish cold snaps of -30* I use anti-freeze. I doubt I would use anti-freeze and would be in the blow camp if I lived further south where things don't get quite that cold.

I've never introduced anti freeze into the water system and I've had no problems. I am blowing out the lines on the sunset trail I have for sale right now. I'll pour a little anti freeze into the drain traps and some in the toilet so the seal isn't dry.
My main trailer won't be winterized. I'll take it north to live in soon for work, and then off to Florida. If it's colder than normal when we leave for Florida I'll drain it.

Need a third option "Both". I clicked both, because I do both.
Blow out first, antifreeze, then blow out again. A little down each trap, lastly, a drop or two of mineral oil to float on top of the antifreeze.

I trained on both. First winter with first trailer did both.
2nd winterization: noticed opening the drains and walking away for an hour was almost as effective as blowing out the lines.
So that's my process; Open all low point drains. Let it sit for an hour or two. Close drains and bypass the water heater. Recharge the pressurized sytem with antifreeze. Use 1/2 gallon of aintfreeze in the traps and toilet.
Come spring, flush and sanitize.
No problems as long as I get to it before first hard freeze.

Replace the water heater tank and or water pump and or fittings and you will become a believer in the use of anti-freeze and lots of it. Seriously, I've got an expansion tank in the system so it's imperative to use anti-freeze as well as blow out as much water as possible first.

I drain, but don't blow out, and then I use anti-freeze. Of course, I drain and bypass the water heater.
When adding the antifreeze, it's important to run each faucet well past the point where it's delivering pink water. If the water that might still be left in the lines dilutes the antifreeze, it seriously impacts it's freeze resistance. If a gallon seems to be enough, use two gallons.

I used to just do antifreeze. Now it's stored indoors where it never gets below freezing, so I do nothing.

Another drain and anti-freeze. After draining/by-passing hot water tank I like to run a fair amount through all faucets and the toilet to make sure it's not too diluted.

Once its in there, why blow it out?
I think it would also keep the seals wet so you don't have issues with the rubber drying out over and over. Not sure how much of a difference that makes. I know if you don't use a shower/sink for a long time the seals break down may develop leaks or not work properly. Course this was over an entire year and not a few months.

I just so happen was reading through my manual today in preparation for winterizing my FW Pinnacle for the first time. According to the manual if the temperature will fall below 32F/0C, blowing out the lines is not enough to prevent freezing in the lines. Jayco says to use RV antifreeze if temperatures will be below freezing. This is my 13th year with either a TT or FW and I have and will always use antifreeze. Antifreeze is the only for sure protection against freezing your water lines. So why take a chance?

This is our first year with our 18 and I did both today. I live in Michigan where we get lots of snow and it gets cold. I ran the water out, drained the hot water tank, blew the lines out, and then rain RV antifreeze. It didn't take much. One gallon and I was done, but I used two gallons over all after dumping some down all the drains.

I have blown out the lines for the last 4 years and then dumped anti-freeze in all the traps and toilet. We get freezing here quite a few days over the winter and have not had any issues. I don't like the idea of the anti-freeze in the lines that we use to brush our teeth or drink from.

I prefer both methods when winterizing
I just winterized my 2017 27.5 RLTS today. I prefer both methods. First I bypass the HW tank and drain it. Then I blow out the faucet lines using 40 psi of compressed air, once I start getting nothing but water vapor from the faucets, I pump in about 1 1/2 gallons of RV antifreeze until it comes out of said faucets. I open all the low point drains, and I also pour about a gallon of the antifreeze into the drain traps and toilet valve. Been doing it this way for 30 years or so on all my RV's and never had any issues.
