Scored I think RVOne. Albany RV by us had these 50 amp surge protectors missed marked. They are supposed to be $560. Seems high. But we got it for the price on box. I got the surge protector to hopefully protect my pro system. Sounds very delicate the computer and all. So got a little more protection for it as well as whole RV

I see them for $331 in several places. I just got a Hughes Watchdog hardwire version for $297 incl. shipping. I like it because I can't set it down and forget it, nor can it be stolen, and I can read it via blue-tooth. The power surge module is also replaceable for $35. So, in the event of a lightning strike, I am only paying $35 to fix it instead of $300 for a new one.
Well guess I did not do as good as I thought. They still have this model in their store at 561. They have another one looks the same 50 amp but cheaper. Not sure difference. But just thought should use these new trailers have allot of electrical items and electronics. Always had one on our 3013 Eagle. Had no issues.
Yes, a must have for sure. I lost a main board on fridge 2 months out of warranty due to a suspected power issue when not using one. That alone was $400, so they are worth it. I am a cheap a$$ though and never spend over $300 without research first. My boss wanted me to by one at the dealer when we picked up the new 5er, but I didn't like the price tag, so I said I'll wait. I think they were around $400 in the store. Glad I did.
