Unhappy Bmpro

I have done all the resets on my BMPRO I contacted the dealership and they told me to take it off the wall and charge it. It’s been charging now for 12 hours and now it’s flashing from black screen to BMPRO powered by android every few seconds any ideas?

if the battery was left discharged in the tablet for an extended time...it maybe shot.

is there a reset hole on the tablet?

Also, make sure you have it plugged into a good usb charger...1 amp or more...not a small usb charger that might only be 1/2 amp.

Thank you for your response, we have been on a camping trip for about a month now so the camper has not been without power, I charged it using my charging block that came with my iPhone do you feel like that is sufficient enough or do I need to use something different? Thank You

that may not be enough power to start the charge and the let the tablet start at the same time...hence the cycling....I would find a big block or usb port that is 1 amp or more. Ipad charger etc.

Worth a try....Truck usb port....usb port in trailer...etc.

Also, use a good quality cord when charging as some cheap cords have such fine wire you will loose lots of power. I downloaded an android app called Ampere and I was very surprised testing my cords, some were so bad at passing charge they got thrown away.
