Excellent advice. I’ll be sure to do a thorough inspection. Thanks.

If you've never owned an RV before, having a certified inspector for the PDI is the best way to go!! They know how to check everything in detail and to check all the weak spots.
Sounds like an exciting path to a new adventure!
Happy Trails

Security of personal info.

When I purchased my used truck a year and a half ago, It did not have a Owners manual. After searching every nook and cranny, I found the owners manual in a hidden storage compartment with the previous owners home and business address and the dealer that he bought it from when new.

Also when I figured out how to use the Bluetooth, I found all the numbers in his telephone and the GPS held memory of all his work contacts and where he had traveled.

It pays to clear that stuff out when trading in a vehicle with all the people that use it for illegal reasons.

Same with the camper.

now days and with a Jayco, i'd be very careful. Jayco has way to many issues going on and who knows if that trade in was a Lemon. Seems every dealer uses the same punch line on used Trailers. "Someone bought it, never used it because they decided they wanted something bigger" Every Dealer on earth uses that line.. Be careful. RV's today just ain't what they used to be.
