Cabinets Fell Off/ Down. Really.
Need some advice. Came back from about a 10 mile round trip to fill the propane tanks and found this (see below) when I went back into the trailer. Really!?! I have some ideas on how to fix it, but this is also on the part that slides out so I want to be careful - And make sure this does not happen again. Sheesh. I hope the rest of the trailer is better built and/or in better shape.....

I bought it used a month ago (private sale). We were planning on loading it up and going dry camping in our driveway this weekend to test it out. It seemed a little loose before and I was going to add some bracing or screws this week before we loaded the trailer.

Wow, never seen anything like that before!
My first thought is that some screws worked themselves loose do to the weight in the cabinets...., or possibly moisture weakened the cabinet framing (?).

My first thought is canned goods. Perhaps the previous owners used it to store something heavy like that. The reason for this first thought is I have been there and done that.

I actually have some better ideas about shoring things up now that I can see behind the cabinet. However, I am concerned about drilling holes in the walls and where I can actually rehang these cabinets. If it was my home I would know exactly what to do, but this is new to me. Any actual studs in the wall/ ceiling or what do I mount to?

There is no evidence of water or moisture issues with the wood. As eldermike said and you mentioned, I think it was previously overloaded. I do not see evidence it was fixed before, but with it no longer attached it's hard to tell.

Yes, there are frame studs in the walls/ceilings, definitely where you want to anchor the cabinets.
Also, contact Jayco directly and they may even forward you the framing documents for your TT (have your VIN handy).
