Camco rv trailer aid

Who has one and have you used it? I purchased one on-line. It arrived yesterday. I un-boxed it. On the bottom it has 4 bolts that do not hold anything in place. What are the bolts for?

Looks to me like they must provide some sort of bite into the pavement to keep the trailer aid from sliding along as you pull onto it.
