Camping at Cultus lake today

Perfect sunny day in the mid seventies. My wife, kids and the three friends we said they could invite have all gone to the beach. No dogs allowed so the giant doodle and I are relaxing with a cold beer at the trailer. Doesn't get much better then this.

Btw I can see four other Jaycos from where I'm sitting.

Hope you enjoyed Cultus Lake! We just came from Oliver, are now in Harrison Hot Springs, and will be hitting Cultus Lake tomorrow. Also loving this great weather! Cheers!

Thanks. Had a great time but have head home tomorrow ( back to work Wednesday ).


Next trip is August 12 when we are going to Vancouver island. Booked a site at a park on the ocean near Nanimo. sight unseen. Fingers crossed but it looked good on the website.

Which campground did you have? We were at Entrance Bay last year and a lot of the sites seemed small. This year we were up at Alice Lake.....had a electrified site and it was great! Unfortunately my vacation time this year got upended when our company sold the buildings that I manage and as a result I almost received my walking papers until they realized they really needed me and offered me a promotion.....gotta get some camping in as soon as I can before we lose the good weather. Hopefully we will have an Indian summer and keep camping thru Sept and Oct

We went to Sunnyside just before you get to the provincial park. It's a little crowded but the sites are serviced and they have a really nice beach which all the kids carded about anyhow.
