Just had a conversation with Jayco on a warranty letter we wrote the company President. She seemed to have a better attitude on all our warranty.Stressing we called Little Dealer Little Prices in Phoenix again. Service manager clearly agitated by Jayco higher ups calling him. Suggested I go to another Jayco dealer ship camping world OMG.That's how one RV dealership handles really disgruntled customers in Phoenix.

camping world blows it again

So...
They finally gave up and said they would waive the $300.
Yea I win!
So I go pickup my trailer.
Two shelves are missing from the Fridge!!
So I call them and email them.
Well I'm ordering new shelves on Amazon now because they won't accept any responsibility.

What a bunch of losers.
So I'm working on a new blog!
Hehehe, and they have an open house this weekend. I think I'll go with a T-shirt promoting my new blog

Guess one of the techs needed your shelves for a new tool rack, sad.
Make sure you forward your blog to Marcus Lemonis, he is the CEO at CW.

Probably sold a new camper missing two shelves. Humm wonder where they found them! We are taking our camper in for warranty next week. Definitely removing the PSW Inverter! Thanks

That’s what I get for using a phone!

CW tried to fleece us. We br9&e the toilet. CW said we also needed a new black tank
As we were on the road and they couldn’t find one fast enough (4 weeks !) we just took the unit and ran. CW said we should not use or sleep in the unit because of fumes.
Took it to a campground rinsed the BW tank under high pressure. It drains as it should. And does not smell at all
We’re going home sans toilet to our selling dealer who is honest and local.

Last time I picked up there, I had them open work orders for the damage I was finding (7 items). Then the manager wanted me out of there fast. Found 3 more thing after I stopped 20 miles down the road at the campground and let them know about it right away. At the very least I have a paper trail. As far as contacted them by email or calling corporate, you might as well talk to a wall.
