Campsite Signs

After several years of camping, I've always said that I need to get a sign made up for the campsite. I'm hoping to actually get this accomplished this winter while fighting the blues. How about showing some pics of your greeting signs for ideas. I've seen some pretty unique signs that take a much more creative mind than mine.

I have a sign in the shape of Michigan that has DeWitt/Lansing marked with a star and my last name on it.

I made mine up with a LAMP POST light from LOWES and PVC sections. The base is a flat piece of 3/4-inch plywood. The PVC sections just press into place and all breaks down into three sections for easy transport. I can change the wrap around flowers to go with the time of year... I usually have a couple of small USA Flags flying here as well...

I lay a couple of big stones or firewood logs on the wood base I find around the camp site.. This lights up great when at an Electric site and plugs into my outside 120VAC receptacle...

I got the simple sign made up from a place in Gatlinburg on one trip...

Momabear likes it...

Here's ours. My son made it from a few engine/trans parts and some stainless sheet.

I made mine up in 2009 and still using it. Still in great shape... LOWES has everything you need to make something similar...

I carry this broken down in the 12-inch gap I have between my two tent bed ends when pushed-in for travel. I also have the big Deck on my POPUP trailer.

I started out carrying some nice large rocks I found up on Skyline Drive here in Virginia but I ended up running off and leaving them behind somewhere. Been just finding something to keep it being blown over by the wind. Every now and then I end up making a run to the local stream and getting some large rocks to stack around the base. I always hide my extension cord running out to the Lamp Post with leaves etc... No body has stolen it from us yet haha...
