Talking Can't get enough!

We just completed our second camping trip in our 2004 Jay Flight 27BH. We had full hook up this time. Did that ever make things nice. Our next trip isn't scheduled until mid august. That is just too far away. I need to get another weekend planned in July. I love this "Camping stuff." I only wish that I would have discovered it sooner!

I completly agree with you . We haven't taken enough trips this year and it's completely depressing. We were dealing with some camper problems and then decided to trade the old one in (which is when we got our Jayco) and we have only been out in it once this year for three days. Last year at this time we already had about 14 days of camping in for a grand total of 28 days of camping by the end of October. I don't think it's gonna happen this year

I have 6 nights in so far and have a total of 16 planned for the seaon. I do plan on adding another 6 to 8 nights to that before the season is over for a total of 22 to 24. My goal is to have KOA send me a personal thank you letter! ;-)

I am jealous but happy for you! It seems we can't get a trip worked in till late July. Usually we start in April.

We've managed 17 nights so far this season. Needed to skip a week to catch up on the yard work!

We've had our PU for (going on) 4 weeks, and have been rained out every weekend we've tried to use it. Bummed x 2....but darn sure we're trying to go!

We have our TT on a permanent site just 1 hour from our stick house and have been there every weekend since the middle of April. It sure is nice to hop in the truck on a Friday afternoon and go camping. No TT to hook up and stock up with goodies. Just ordered an 8 X 10 storage shed for the bikes and everything that is now stored under the TT. Hope all have a great 4th of July.

We bought a KOA membership this year and have 4 KOA's booked for this year so far. We've already been to one and loved it and will go to our second this weekend.

How many have you been to and may I ask which ones? Which ones did you like the most and were there any you wouldn't go back to?

We've got a big trip in August planned, 7 KOA campgrounds in 16 days. We should be pros by the time we're done. Taking our 2011 Eagle HT on its second trip this weekend. Have a happy 4th everyone!

We camped at the KOA in Manchester, Tennessee. The campground was nice, but very close to the interstate. The people who worked there were very nosey. We really enjoyed antiquing in that area, though.

I have not stayed at any KOA's yet. Our first trip was to Appalachian campsites in Shartlesville, PA. (6 miles west of Cabela's on I 78) We loved this soooo much that we booked to go back in October for Halloween. They will have trick or treat for the kids along with other activities as well.
Our second trip was to a little campground west of Carlisle called Dogwood Acres. Very nice, great playground for the kids, we just didn't like it as much as Appalachian. I would still come back to this one as well though.

Don't forget, you can go online to RV Park Reviews and see what others think of c/g's you are interested in going to.

If you ever make it to Las Vegas, I would say find another public park to go to. The KOA there is all blacktop and priced higher than the much nicer Oasis c/g (really does look like an oasis).
