Champion or Predadtor Altitude?

Do these two inverter generators have a fuel adjustment for altitude?Have my Honda 2000I for sale. Had to adjust the choke for a smooth idle at 7000' Thanks

I have not seen one on my Champion, but I like it anyway.

All combustion engines have carb adjustment for high altitude, so yes the Champion (explains in manual) or Predator too.

Several years back my Champion 2000 inverter genni quit at high elevation. Numerous phone calls to the factory yielded no results. When i returned to a lower elevation and sent it back to the factory they could find no problems and it ran just fine. Champion makes different carburetor jets but none for the 80cc motor. It is also my understanding that even Honda needs a different carb jet in order to operate efficiently at higher elevations (the high elevation jet needs to be taken out when returning to the lower elevation or it may overheat the motor). You may want to speak to a qualified technician before purchasing.
