City water flow

We have a 2021 Jayco Pinnacle 31lrst. We had it winterized and now want to use city water. We have no city water flow. It spirts out when first turned on, then becomes a trickle. Water from the tank using the water pump works fine.
Any suggestions?

have you double checked that the valves are in the proper position in the wet bay?
