Sounds like you have a dealer problem if the same issue reappears...
JAYCO does not stock parts, they order based on need so they probably don't have any either. The converter doesn't have to come from JAYCO direct the dealer can get it from the manufacturer if it's available since that who covers the warranty to begin with. So they can go directly to PROGRESSIVE INDUSTRIES or whomever makes the Power Panel.
Right from the warranty:
CONSULT THE WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED BY EACH SUPPLIER WHICH CAN BE FOUND IN THE COMPONENT SUPPLIER OWNER’S MANUAL INCLUDED WITH YOUR RECREATIONAL VEHICLE OR ON THE SUPPLIER(S) WEBSITE.
