We are doing our PDI and taking delivery of our new 2014 Greyhawk 31FK next week. I understand all Jayco products come with one year of Coach-Net support. According to a Ford motorhome chassis brochure, we also have five years of Ford roadside service.
Our new Greyhawk does not have a spare tire which I understand is pretty much the industry standard these days.
So if we have a flat, how does Coach-Net handle it? Will they tow us to a service location which will repair or replace the tire?
What about the Ford roadside service? I note that the language on the brochure snippet below states, "Flat Tire Changes." So does this mean they do not provide a tow to a service facility if I have a flat with no spare?
This old Boy Scout just wants to be prepared.
