I just read where 50 will face Road closures until late 2022 between Montrose and Gunnison . The article said it will be closed except for a hour or so here and there. That was my intended route this summer from Cortez to Gunnison. Was supposed to be a easy travel day. Any tips for a alternative travel trailer friendly route thad does not add another 4 hours?

Travel on Saturday or Sunday. The road will be open both ways without delays.
