Colored maps in posts-how to include?

Some posters have the colored states US map with their posts showing visited states.

I found the web site that makes the map.

Can someone post clear instructions here about how to save the map from the web site, and then get it added to the individual's forum posts?


This Jayco forum does not seem to have clear instructions for doing so. And one of the admin's wasn't able to say how to do it.
