Combination locks at gate

Am I in the minority or does it bother anyone else when people put on combination locks upside down? Pre dawn this morning I'm trying to unlock a gate at my storage facility and once again the numbers are upside down. Most locks will be orientated correctly if you attach from left to right.

I know, first world problems. 😆

You're not alone. I wouldn't, but I would be tempted to tell the manager it would have been easier with a bolt cutter.

Or how 'bout when someone leaves and locks the gate (lock on outside, of course), and I'm still inside working on my coach. Time to leave... DANG! can't operate the padlock from inside the gate!

Yes, it happened.
