Convection Oven

I feel really dumb asking this; but does anyone have a video link on how to operate the Convection Oven in the 2018 Jayco Redwing (Class C). For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to set the temperature of the oven, then set the timer for it.

On my convection oven/microwave there are instructions printed right on the inside when you open the door. It still takes me a couple of tries to get it right.

Mine is a Furrion.

On the numbered keypad there are temperatures printed below each number.

Press Convection
Press Temperature desired
Press Start

It will begin preheating. Should ding when temp is reached.

Open the door and put your dish/food in. Close door.

Set time.
Press start.

Note: Convection ovens cook faster. You need to adjust your recipes accordingly. There are lots of Convection specific recipes online as well.

I am sure you can find a manual online based on your make and model. (Inside door)
The manuals have some good examples.

I don’t know how to turn off the turntable. Mine has clips on the side that hold a rack/shelf that came with the unit.

I would recommend using a rack. Even if you have to find one that sits over the turntable. This allows the air to circulate better. (Convection)

PS...

You will love it once you start using it.

I hardly ever use the regular oven anymore.
