Couches sleepers

We've got a 2021 377 rblh. Second year got some issues but my biggest complaint in the couch sleepers that came with it. Does anyone know how to level them so you don't sleep with your head below your feet?

Yes, I have adjusted the feet on the pull out. The back part of the couch sits so much lower on both the living room and bunk room. Trying to find solutions.

I unbolted mine from the floor and put wooden shims in the back to level it that's about the only thing I could think of
