I seen this recent youtube about this couple with major problems with their Jayco TT. Mine you, this is a youtube but seems convincing about customer/manufacturer after sales. I had several issues with my Jayco Class C but all was rectified within reasonable time and Jayco contacted me via email and a phone call to see everything was to my liking. I saw that one on Liz's channel too yesterday. Pretty rough what they're going thru. It does sound like their dealer, Bish's, is doing what they can to help
I watched some. Had to stop when he said he inspected the roof, but didnt really know what he was looking at. Thought what he saw was normal. Dang roof inspection loophole. I don't think this will end well for them.
