Covering your tires

Do any of you cover your tires during the winter or summer for that matter? I have strong sun on one side of my camper when it is home. It actually faded the wheel well cover on the whitehawk and it started to peel. Anyway I was thinking of getting tire covers for our new one. If you do what color do you get? I would think white to repel the sun rather than black. Any suggestions? TIA!!

Yes, we have a set of Adco white tire covers that go on for the off times. Had the sun make a tire on a utility crack, just on the one side, and had to buy a new one so it'd pass inspection last spring. They weren't covered like the TT. I definitely recommend them. Measure the diameter of the tire, and their web site will give the size cover to get.

I cover the tires on the sunny side of my MH. The MH is under cover but I still like to keep the sun off of the tires.

Yes. Adco white covers. Bought the size that covers both tires on each side.

Tire covers

Absolutely covered for sitting over a couple weeks if not underway. Weather checking is the bane of any tire laying dormant for any extended length of time - even without direct sunlight. Many, many years on Kodiak and owning a boat/trailer taught me an expensive lesson. Cover 'em.
