Customer Service

Hi all! I'm the guy who posted last month wondering where my 23mds was that I'd ordered at the Pomona RV show in mid October. Well, we finally got her last Friday. Picked our new 23mds up at Richardson's RV in Menifee, CA. and am going to do something I've never done in all my 65 years.
Have got to give GIANT kudos to Richardson's RV in Menifee. First we arrived 1 hour early for our PDI appointment but the trailer was already hooked up to water and power. The PDI tech took us right out to the trailer and was very patient with us while we went carefully from stem to stern. Only found 3 minor PDI issues that were fixed within a matter of minutes. But the thing that put the whole buying experience over the top was when the GM informed us that they wanted to install our pro-pride hitch for us at NO CHARGE. 2 of their techs worked on it for a little more than 2 hours. Pro-pride only sells direct so dealerships are very reluctant to install them for customers. Also hooked us up to power on their grounds and let us spend the night. Our satisfaction with our new trailer is on exceeded by our experience with Richardson's RV and their employees.

It is so nice to have something nice to say about a dealership.

Awesome! If I'd had their name last year, I would have given them a try. It would have been a ~800mi round trip and not the 3600mi trip I made to Middlebury and back.

Wife and I really were blown away by not only the exceptional customer service we received but were just overall impressed with how polite and friendly everyone was. Matter of fact wife made the comment "if we were treated this well how must they treat their mega motorhome purchasers?" I think everyone gets the kind of treatment we received. Again...... way to go Richardson"s.

We also purchased from Richardson's in Riverside. We actually did our order through Indiana RV. Same company. They were just as wonderful with us. Installed our Equalizer hitch for us too that we purchased online. They said they normally don't do that but they did it anyways. Took trailer back there for a warranty repair after first shake down and it went very smooth and only took couple of weeks.

Our first experience there with a salesman wasn't too pleasant but I didn't end up buying through him in the end. Everyone else there was exceptional.
