Customer service response

I sent an email to customer service 2 weeks ago. After a week of no response I forwarded the automated response that I received to motorizedservice@jayco.com.
Again a week has passed without a response.

Has anyone else had problems getting an email or call back?
Is there a better option to get their attention?

Always slow response from the warranty division, call constantly but remember they are on East coast time too. If it persists, ask the Jayco operator for their supervisor. Only pulled that trigger once and got a call back in an hour. Good luck!

Sent a question to Jayco through their web email interface about 2-3 weeks ago. After a week I had not received anything but the automated " We got your mail" reply. Sent a second email to service@jayco.com noting that I had not received a reply to the first one. Finally got my answer 2 or 3 days later in reply to the second mail.

Did you include your VIN in the email?

I had better luck. I got an answer within 24 hours. It must depend on the volume of emails they receive.

I got a rather quick response - 2 days but it was a turndown on my request for schematics for my trailer.

It takes about 15 to 30 minutes when you call Jayco for technical issues, or warranty. Once you get on the phone with them they are all very helpful, and will have answers to all your questions. I have had very good luck with them. I suggest calling them. Call them early in the morning for quicker service.
