Dear Diary;

5/25, 4:40 PM; Sent Jayco Towable customer service an Email asking about getting schematics for a '99 24BH Hawk series. (Yes, I included the VIN.) Will make a follow-up entry when (if) they get back to me.

Not sure what you asked for but schematics is pretty broad. I asked for electrical/coax when I sent them a request and then there is plumbing, and probably others. If you were not specific you might want to resend to them or I guess wait and see what, if anything they send.

They may not even have them since it is over 20 years old. That seems to be the magic number regarding how far back they keep them.

I requested some schematics when our TT was four years old, and there was one or two that had already been purged from the system.

Hmmmm. Food for thought, CAG. I may not have been specific enough.

I did say that I might be reaching a bit, simply due to the age of the TT.
I simply made the entry as a PSA as to how quickly Jayco may, or may not, respond to an inquiry.

We'll see what the timeline shows us.

There may be some members here that have some or all of them. Maybe one will reach out to you that read this thread. I was able to get several pages of schematics for my 2005 about 6 months ago.
