Been waiting to De-winterize our Jayco as we will be using it for a family event on The May long weekend. Went out side for my morning walk into about 6 inches of new snow.
So I walk down the block to the edge of town and up the road and find a fresh set of grizzly bear tracks heading into town! Check the other side of the road and found where he headed out. Spring must be here.

Done!! Now on to sanitizing the system!....No leaks, but notices some gaps in the leveling sealant around the ladder connections on the roof. Need to get those fixed.

Dewinterized today to start season 7 with this Jayco. Fresh water system soaking in bleach solution as I type this. Lit stove, furnace, gas water heater, and gas frig to test. All fired right up. Will try electric options on water heater and frig later today.

A bit early for those of us well north of the Mason-Dixon line.

I'll be waiting until at least St. Patrick's day.

Opened her up a few weeks ago to start puttering and the furnace and oven both fired right up. Will still be a couple of weeks before I'm brave enough to get to the water system though - as mike837 said, too far north of the Mason-Dixon line for comfort

I've been tinkering inside as well but they're predicting a wet and snowy northern Nevada in March and so far mother nature has delivered. I've broken too many a faucet on my last trailer by dewinterizing too soon or not being thorough enough. Sadly, I have to wait

Man I am itchin' to get camping especially with this warm spell. Just have too much going on and waiting for mother nature to say gotcha! Waiting until April this year. Plenty of other things to tackle though, like waxing! Might have to do it 3x's this year.
