Disinfect Black/Gray Drain Hose?
What is your practice for disinfecting the drain hose for the black & gray water? Do you disinfect every trip or do you just rinse at the dump station, shove it into the bumper and forget it? Or something in between?

I just rinse my hose with water when I disconnect from the TT and put it back in the bumper. I do the same with the elbows and they get thrown in the storage compartment with no smell issues.

when you dump first dump the black tank then the gray as this will also help clean out the hose and then flush the hose with fresh water.

I don't think there is a reasonable way to truly disinfect a sewer hose. The only rinsing mine usually gets is from the gray water going through it, which I dump last.
Any fittings that don't fit in the bumper do get a rinse with fresh water, but I never regard them as disinfected. Most of my sewer hose is stored in the bumper, but I have a couple of extra 10 foot lengths that are rarely used, and do get a rinse with fresh water when its been used as it is stored in the basement along with the fittings.
I always use a fresh set of disposable gloves when handling sewer hose components.

I always dump the black, dump the gray, and the flush the black for about 20 minutes. That runs plenty of clear water through the hose.

Put on gloves, get sewer hose from bumper, sewer connection from front storage bin. Dump black tank, dump grey tank. Rinse hose with non potable water. Disconnect hose and couplers. Store hose in bumper. Rinse couplers again. Spray couplers with bleach solution. Put couplers back in storage. Remove and discard gloves. Wash hands. Even with the above my sewer hose or my garden hose that I backward my tank with is still not 'clean'

I don't do the hose, but my tote and connections get a bleachwater bath 2X's a year. I put a cup of bleach in with water to fill the tub up and let them sit overnight, drain and rinse.

We use so much more grey than black, the hose just gets stowed in the bumper. No accessories.
Wash hands thoroughly. Drive off.
