Dogs at Disney

The cost of us paying for our two English Setters for a month at Fort Wilderness is $280.00 total. They don’t get a nice tag to put on there collar or anything. The cost is not bad for the money they have very nice dog park. We can walk them all around the campground. My one setter is afraid of rabbits. He is a 95 lb chicken.
I think they need to have something for the dogs.

If you think that, then let them know that but I'm not sure what it is you want for the dogs.

The only reason they started charging is because of previous abuses. One year we were there someone had over 20 at their site. Portable pens all over..

That’s crazy! We had three English Setters last year. We had one put down in the spring. Now we have two that is enough. It always seems one person has to be the one to cause problems. The same thing happened with the gator that killed the kid. The mom and dad let the kid in the water. In Florida? Everyone knowers there are gators. No no bass fishing. That was the best bass fishing I ever had! No more.

I emailed Disney and got a reply. I also at the time asked Disney if they could make a pin for the horses stables. They have nothing for the stable.

We are big Disney fans in my family. My Son is there this week on his honeymoon.

However, I'm not a fan of their prices. IMHO, they tend to go over the top with what they charge. When they start charging extra for pets......enough already!

Actually a pet fee has always been in place, but just rarely enforced. Unless it's changed it's $5.00 per day per pet. Campersam9 should be able to confirm it. As I stated, some just went overboard with the number of pets they had.
