We take our dogs on every trip we go on. Too bad you can't take them on the trails of National Parks

We take our Javanese puppy with us and seems to enjoy the new smells all around. For a puppy, he's really quiet and tolerates the different surroundings and new people quite well.

We just got one those too. First trip will be next week. She’s only 8 weeks now, so may get left with someone. We’ll see.

We take our dog camping, he is a Brittany, extremely friendly and full of energy. He is quiet and respectful at all times when camping. He watches other dogs walk by without comment.

What drives me nuts is watching other campers with dogs sit silently in their campsites while their dog continuously barks at anything that moves, raises a ruckus every time a person walks by, growls and/or barks at every dog that is taken for a walk past their campsite with no attempt to discipline their pet. And worst of all refuse to clean up after their pets.

There will always be the a&$ h@(# at every campground. Some pet owners walk thrtr did and let it do it’s business in my lot.
As a dog owner this just kills me. That gives all good respectable dog a bad name.
But we have met some good people walking our English Setters in the campground. We have moved our camper due to loud people with no camping ethic.
