Domestic 1350 Fuse

I have an RM1350SLMX fridge. There is a 5 amp glass fuse on the main circuit board that keeps blowing. When it does the fridge will only run on LP. I can replace the fuse and it will last for a little while but will blow again. Anyone run across this issue before?

What make, year trailer?
Bil Has had this happen on his 2021 eagle 321rsts
Dometic 13 cft once already.
He is thinking fuse holder is weak/loose.

A google search resulted in a lot of the same problem, with all brands of RVs that have that model fridge. Being a 2020, you probably have the owners manual for the Dometic, but in case you don't, here it is:

https://bryantrv.com/docs2/docs/Serv...,%20RM1350.pdf

From what I've read, there's several possible causes. The fridge should be turned off before replacing the fuse. The fuses are mentioned briefly on page 23 of the above manual.

Domestic 1350 Fuse

I’ve been working with my dealer on the exact same issue. The circuit board has been replaced twice and the fuse one other time. As you said, it works for a little while and then blows the fuse. My dealer believes there is a problem with the heating element and after conferring with Dometic the plan is to replace that on Monday. When tested with an ohm meter, the element shows that it is within specs, but just barely. I really hope they are correct. This has been a problem for us for the entire time we have owned this 5th wheel.
