Door shade adjustment

How do you remove the trim on the door window to adjust the blind tension?
2020 317RLOK, the interior has 4 levers but I cannot budge the trim to access the tension adjustment screws.

I looked at mine and the trim is held in by screws. But, I don't have blinds in there. I would think that if there aren't any screws, then they should just pop off some how.
