Edit Function?

Is there an edit function on posts? In my senior years I tend to make and miss mistakes and would like the opportunity to be able to correct such mishaps!

You can edit your thread or post for a period of time, but then it goes away.

From what I have observed, you have an hour to edit your comment then the edit button goes away. ~CA
