Please post what RV you have for best answers. Generally the battery disconnect does not actually disconnect everything. The LP/CO monitor is hard wired to the battery. Some vehicles have power stabilizer jack systems, power steps and other stuff permanently connected. To really disable the battery for storage you need to add a battery switch at the battery. Knife, screw in or rotate types are cheap and easy to install. I like the one at Harbor Freight for $6.99.
I expect the reason these items are left operating is either safety or lawsuits.
Without a battery disconnect switch on the battery it will be dead in days at 2.4 amps per day.
