enclosed heated underbelly

I'll post a picture soon but when looking under the Eagle HT 23.5 underbelly, I see that the enclosure is not even at all. It looks like a big blanket (heavy gauge black hard plastic) wavy and riveted in several places. It looks solid but was wondering if it should not just lay flat or is it all the insulation?
what does your Polar package underbelly look like?

Looking above the black plastic is a thin insulating material very similar to a wrap that goes around a water heater. It is covered in a foil with a thin material inside and just laying inside. Mine has the polar package.

It is wavy. Attached with screws. It is by no means air tight.

Although not a 5'er, ours is wavy.. hanging down between the frame supports but still secured to the exterior perimeter part of the frame

Thanks to all of you for the answers. I wasn't concerned but curious to see if this was normal. I've seen other manufacturers with encloses (heated?) underbellies and the enclosure platix covering lays flat. Wonder why the difference

Mine had holes large enough for a cat to crawl through. I patched the holes. Sloppy job of their installation.
