When you walk thru one of these you can see and feel the difference in quality and you won't find a soft floor in one of these units. I inspected two units in March of this year in Abbotsford, BC and this is what I expect when I buy something that I plan on using for many years.

Seems like they pay attention to detail. Production is a slow process, that's one of the reason they are so expensive. But at least you have a quality unit. But on the end over time the gelcoat will still crack at some places due stress. When new everything is nice.
I'm happy with my Jay Feather tuff-shell construction in 2005 the quality was better than I presume it is now. They had an engineering flaw on the low frame design, but improved that myself with building a sub-frame which raised the TT by 4 - 9/16".
Over all I think the fiberglass units will stand up well and have a long life span.
Any RV that is well maintained will last and can be improved (updated) according modern technologies.

In US dollars, they are priced comparable to the MSRP for a 2019 Jay Feather of a similar size and with similar options. However, Escapes and Olivers are factory direct built by the order, so you won't find their pricing slashed by 20-35%. They are also built much better. The slam-bam manufacturers have those deep discounts because they are poorly made, mass-produced products. Big Foots are retailed at some dealers, but they are not mass-produced either, and the discounts are much less than the slam-bam makes. To a lesser extent, the same is true with ORV and Northwoods Manufacturing models.

When the day comes, I will have no problem justifying extra money for real pricing on a better product (less maintenance cost and hassle, fewer repairs cost and hassle, safer sturdier build, fewer upgrades cost and hassle = value and more time enjoying TT).
