Extended Warranty

Is anyone having trouble getting a refund from their extended warranty they purchased from Jayco Plus/Protective. I have been try to get my refund for several weeks with no avail. I have made over 7 phone calls and was told the checked was mailed after 2 weeks no check.
Does anyone have any advise or help? It is getting very frustrating.

First of all, sorry no, I don't have it. but I had a similar situation with "Gap" insurance on my new truck. No one was responding to my calls, emails. So I finally went on Facebook and twitter. Guess what...? Got a call the next day and within a week issue was resolved. Hopefully this will work for you.
