exterior grab handle cover question

Does anyone know where I can find replacement high density foam covers for the exterior grab handles ? Nothing wrong with the handle itself, just weather-deteriorated foam cover, and would like to avoid replacing the entire handle. I know I could put some pipe insulation on there, but it is split (requiring additional wrapping of some kind), and probably wouldn't last very long with constant hand grabbing. Thanks for any suggestions.

Here is a foam tape you could use. it reminds me of padded bicycle handle bar tape.

http://tweetys.com/replacement-foam-grip.aspx

Hope this helps.

Thanks, maromeo, that looks like something that will work. I had looked on Tweetys before, but only looked under grab handle covers, and nothing came up. I guess you just have to know how to speak the right computer language.

Now that's a thought, but where would one get that golf club material, and would it stand up to the weather ?

I think you could probably get it at your local Pro Shop or at least get pointed in the right direction.

Bicycle handle bar foam grips eBay 5-6 dollars for 2 pcs - you have to take handle apart shouldn’t be too hard

X2 on the bike wrap or Tennis Racquet foam grip and I bet they'll do it for you.
