Well, I started this thread and have my answer.

Winter was particularly harsh but my RV was kept in an enclosed garage so it avoided the snow and rain but not the temp.

Now in FL and the casualty is the TV mounted in the outside kitchen. It’s pretty much dead being nonresponsive to remote and flickering but doing nothing on system menu.

It wasn’t a factory furrion tv. It was just a vizio I bought at Walmart. Are furrions more weather hardy and selected by RV manufacturers for that reason? Or are they just cheap for RV industry due to some contract?
