I do too. Had to use it the first time last year on the return from Florida.
Break the lugs loose, them either back up on the Trailer-aide or pull up,
depending on which tire is flat. It worked perfectly. It might not work on a spread axle trailer though.

Harbor Freight 1/2" long torque wrench, 10 bucks with a coupon and the appropriate long socket. Use it as a breaker bar when you have a flat and check lug nuts the rest of the time (as you should do often).

Yes, HF also has cheap bottle jacks that are just fine for occasional use.

For the record, you can be sure that when you get a flat/blowout it will be on a 70 MPH highway in the left lane and it will be the right side tire! (Yes, it happened to me.)

Just remember to stop and re-check your lugs frequently on the changed tire. I think recommended is 10, 25, 50 miles our something to that affect. It's a pain but they do loosen up sometimes.
