Fairenatic recently posted a thread (link below) about their visit to the Jayco factory and their tour. In the thread he did a great job of explaining many details about the factory, the tour, and shared many great pictures so I will not cover many of the detail that he did.
I recently toured the factory with DW and thought you all may enjoy a few more photos. We were lucky enough to tour while they were still working so we were able to see their work pace and many assembly methods.
Another treat, we were lucky enough to tour while they were a starting batch of the model we purchased at the beginning of the line.
They do a good job with tour content and give you surprising access to the assembly line, we had to dodge many forklifts speeding around delivering parts to lineside workstations. It is in my opinion very worth doing if you happen to be in the area and have time.
It was mentioned that they are currently working 6 days a week and have a 12 unit/day quota. That works out to be roughly 3600 North Points, Pinnacles, and Designers combined per year. I do not know where the Eagles are assembled. They said they have 23 factories which employ 90-150 workers per building and that 40% of their workforce is Amish.
