Fading brown gelcoat

Since the fading is a know problem and it is defect from manufacturing and Jayco doesnt lift a finger. Why cant there be a class action suit. There product has flaws and they knew, never notified customers of issues. They should be accountable. Why do i have to get my camper painted for 2000$ For there mistake. All about American Greed. Take ur money and leave u high and dry. The little guy always pays and CEO hav a golden parachute. Thats life and makes me sad. Customer service rep said to store it in a building. Unbelievable its a RV. Why would a buy a Jayco and then un 4 years have to paint it. She said many variables but couldnt elaborate. Im hoping the news station will help broadcast this mess.

JAYCO has repainted many caps during the warranty period or shortly after. The problem affected just about all the brands since they probably all buy from the same 3rd party.

Exactly. There should have been a recall. This is more than just a warranty issue. Goes above that. This is how a Jayco RV should look in 6 yrs? It’s terrible not to help customer in someway.
