Delivering for Jayco, we received a bonus for at least 5,000 delivery miles a month. That's a real incentive to deliver a trailer, get back ASAP, and deliver another one. We did this as often as possible (without going crazy).

Our truck had almost 300,000 miles when we stopped delivering trailers, so I'd estimate 140,000 miles towing other people's trailers (and 140,000 miles getting back to deliver another one!). At least 90% of those were mid-sized travel trailers.

The longest single trip was a delivery from Middlebury, IN to St. Johns, Newfoundland about 2,300 miles... we made two of those deliveries! Almost as long (2,100 miles) were deliveries from Middlebury, IN to San Diego, CA... made several of those.

For many years now, we have gone to Yellowstone or Glacier for our big summer trip. Before we moved to the Greyhawk, we had a little Skyline trailer. Generally I would break up the 1100 mile trip into two days on the way there. But on the way back, I develop get-home-itis and drive straight through. So the longest single day of towing for us would be 1100 miles at 20-21 hours.

I guess I'm the complete rookie in this thread. I towed my Designer a little over 5,000 miles total since new and my longest one way trip so far is the one I'm on right now. I am in Hudson, FL right after a trip from my home base in central Alabama. It is 481 miles one way. Three days from now I'm going to Kissimmee, FL to meet the rest of the family for Christmas with Mickey. Then 560 miles back to central Alabama after Christmas so this trip total will be approx 1,100 miles counting the 90 miles from here to Kissimmee.

I'll answer this thread next summer. One of the main reasons for getting a toy hauler was to make it to Fairbanks from NYC and then ride up to Prudoe bay on the Dalton highway. (Pipeline road) To the Arctic ocean. Why? I dunno, cause its there I guess.

Did some long hauls when I did RVs commercially. Since getting my car hauler longest trip was 12000 kms / 7450 miles in 13 days.

Just went from southern Louisiana to North Dakota (1850 miles) in 44 hours, good thing it was windy and the roads were icy.

I once towed a trailer all over the sands of Iraq but I'm thinking that isn't what you were asking
